You will be directed to a login page when you click Apply for Medical Student Membership, and asked for an 番茄社区app username and password. You may have received an 番茄社区app username through prior engagement with the 番茄社区app, such as past membership or participation in CME or other events. If you are unsure of your 番茄社区app username, click Forgot Username. If you do not have an 番茄社区app username, click New User to create an account. If you need to reset your password, click on Forgot Password.

Membership is only $20 and covers all years of medical school.

Membership Requirements

Medical Student Membership is available to students currently enrolled in an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school in the United States, Canada, and international countries.

Application Process

Complete the for Medical Student membership. If you created a log in from a prior purchase, use your log in to access the application. Otherwise you will need to create a log in.

Before you begin your application have the following information accessible:

• Information about your medical education.
• Verification that you are currently enrolled in medical school. All documents must be in English.
• Information about your graduate degree.

Information for Medical School Clerkship Directors

• Enroll all of your medical students by completing and emailing the group enrollment form to enroll@facs.org. For information about a waiver of the application fees for group enrollment, or to request an invoice, contact enroll@facs.org.听

Fees and Dues

Application Fee:听$20
Annual dues are not required.

Membership expires upon graduation from medical school at which time you can upgrade to Resident Membership for FREE if you are entering a surgical residency.
