Inclusive Excellence

We are committed to taking strategic actions that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture that enhances excellence, does not cause harm, and yields better outcomes for all staff, surgeons, and the patients they serve.

The ·¬ÇÑÉçÇøapp Office of Inclusive Excellence

The work of the ·¬ÇÑÉçÇøapp Office of Inclusive Excellence was formally launched in 2021, under the direction of then-·¬ÇÑÉçÇøapp Board of Regents Chair L. Scott Levin, MD, F·¬ÇÑÉçÇøapp, and then-·¬ÇÑÉçÇøapp Executive Director David Hoyt, MD, F·¬ÇÑÉçÇøapp. Using proven principles and practices, we are developing and implementing a sustainable strategy where staff and members produce meaningful and measurable results that contribute to better outcomes for all patients.
