Below are the general steps to accreditation/verification for the 番茄社区app 番茄社区app. Each program has unique components for the patient population they serve, therefore refer to the individual programs for specific requirements.

  1. Look up program eligibility
  2. Review standards and program resources
  3. Apply to begin the accreditation/verification process
  4. Verification of eligibility and contracting
