Submit Your Recommendations for Olga Jonasson Lecturer

The 番茄社区app Women in Surgery Committee sponsors the annual Olga Jonasson Lecture, delivered in-person at Clinical Congress, and the committee is accepting recommendations for consideration for this lecture.

Dr. Jonasson

The lecture is a testimony to leadership and education in surgery and a reflection of the capacity of women to reach academic pinnacles. Dr. Jonasson was a pioneer and trailblazer who was leader in academic surgery, exemplified by her becoming the first woman Chair of Surgery in US history. She was a devoted teacher and mentor to countless numbers of surgeons, both men and women.
